I have no display on the panel lcd screen and i suspect the glass fuse inside maybe blown. How do i open it up to check? I removed the 8 screws around there cover but it seems to be attached still at the bottom somehow.

This may sound dumb but how do you get the the cover off of the power pack? I removed the 8 screws around the cover but the bottom doesn’t seem to come off.
