Can it be removed as it seems starts making a noise when I put pressure to remove?

I am painting my pvc and when I started to remove this it started making a weird noise so I tightened it back up. It leads to the roof so maybe a sensor?

Just as an update once I put glue on the pvc there was no issue getting it fully seated.

I’m installing my RJ45+ and it’s going ok except for one issue. When I dry fit the flow switch into the 2 inch pvc it goes in very little unlike my couplers. Will the primer and glue help this go in deeper?

True it was better last year as I bought the the RJ60+ for aboput $1399. but ended up returning it as I wasn't ready yet.

I bought the RJ45+ today for $1345. as I measured my pool and it's actually 18K. It should be here in about a week. Since the water is about 60 or slightly colder I'll wait to use until it warms up in the spring.

I need to pipe a heater bypass. Any suggestions on the best placement. I’m also looking at adding a Salt Water Chlorinator RJ45 or Core55. I ony use the JANDY heater once every 2 years as I have pool solar so perhaps I should even remove it. Thanks!
