Thanks for the information Jim and sorry for the late reply. I have a Nature 2 Fusion Soft 1400 system. After many hours of troubleshooting I missed the obvious, the cell center pin is disconnected from the pin. It has to be replaced, I tried to somehow repair it but can't or 'I' cant.

I am in the same boat, for some reason this year. We have had a lot of rain but i have tried to boost 3-4 times but the test results still show no chlorin. I shocked it today but not sure I want to use the shock method once a week. Unit has been installed for 5 years, I have cleaned the cell...
