Cost to Operate and Maintain a Pool

I have a 15000 gallon pool and it costs about 110$ / month to run including electricity. It used to cost me more, until I found this site. Now I don't spend money buying PH Minus for like $8 per 2.2 lbs cans nor do I spend money on trichlor pucks and algaecide :)

Shipping TF 100 test kit to Australia

You can order The Taylor K2006 kit, although I recommend the Taylor K2006C kit (which is the same but will last longer/let u do more tests because it has more reagents) from various online pool stores in the USA that DO ship international. ;)

Flock granulates? Can they be used to remove CC?

They sell something called flock granulates/liquid here in the EU. They say it is used to combine micro organisms that would otherwise pass through the filter into bigger chunks that can be filtered. Is this chemical worth it even? Can it be used to filter out Combined Chlorine? Thanks

Just a funny observation between Pool stuff in the US/Europe

I've been reading this forum a lot, learning a lot, and something I noticed is that the pool stuff you guys in the USA have... all have crazy cool names, like Whisperflow, Aqua Logic, Power-Flo, etc etc. While here in the EU, they don't give cool names to anything, rather just technical model...
