I run my pump at 1450 RPM from 6:30 AM to mid-night. To complete one full turnover at the RPM, it takes 24 hours. With SWG matched to the current pump schedule, 55% is still too strong.

To the pebble pool owners, When you do this no drain acid wash, does the acidic water melt away the colored plaster as well as the scaling calcium? If it does knock off some plaster, do the pebbles fall off? Thanks, Scott

Try to release the air in the filter when the PUMP's RPM is on high. I have seen it in my Pentair VS but I don't think there is a leak or pump problem in your system. When you replace your pump or clean the pump basket, air sometimes gets in and breaks the vaccum (prime).

I did talk to the installer several times including the superintendent, scheduler and worker. I asked for a meeting with the owner but the request was ignored. Finally, I had to contact Pebble Tec to file a warranty claim. Let's see what will happen.
