I just replaced both of the boards and still can’t change to A-0??

I have an old Hayward AquaRite salt system. 15 years. I’m having difficulty getting the cell to generate. Cell brand new last year and worked fine. Cleaned (wasn’t dirty) etc. the only light that appears on the board is the power light. Nothing else??? Can’t find anything online about this...
