My ic40 in at 40% life and all the lights are green. Yet it doesnt generate chlorine. I've tested water at leslie pool and done their recommended steps and still pool will not keep or make chlorine. Could ic40 be bad without showing anything wrong with it. never had this isuue before.

I have a pentair salt ionizer only couple years old.i clean it every 4 months.noticed it wasnt working.blown fuse,i replaced the fuse and it popped as soon as i turned on system.so i umplugged the ionizer and installed a new fuse.it blew as soon as i turned on system again.could this mean a bad...
