Bump I too have been told recently by our PB that the main drain need not be touched at all for the winter. Does anyone else not do anything to the main drain? Skimmers and returns blown out. Why is main drain different?

Hi, I have a check valve installed between the pump and suction line. That being said, I am not able to blow air to winterize my main drain with an air lock since the check valve would stop any flow in that direction. In this case, how do I winterize my main drain? Thank you.

The water would be water the water delivery company delivers. I guess I could inquire further on this but I would assume it's just tap water? Not sure...
