I think I got it! The pump on it's display had a Max RPM set below the 3450, so when the control panel tried to set it to 3450 it would just turn the pump off. You figure there would be a popup warning or something for this! I feel like I'm using 1995 software, lol. Thanks for your help AGAIN :)

Thanks for the reply. The power to the pump is 240. It's Pentair VS pump (intelliflo) so it will be hot wired at the relay. The goal of doing 120V on the Salt cell is because I don't have space for a double pole circuit breaker. Thanks for your help :)
