Water has cleared up a lot ... how much bleach do i need to put in now .. We have vac'd the pool , got all the junk out , added water.. Had a storm , got some much needed rain ... so my high CYA problem has went away.. should i still use bleach ? or chlorine ? thanks

Are high CYA levels dangerous ? to swim in ..

If CYA levels are over 100, high chlorine... Is it safe to swim in My Pool ?

Will get a reading from pool store , also going to buy a real test kit .

just want to make sure , what my levels are , cheap test strip, is showing high CYA

Checked the water this morning , test strip looks about the same , i can see the bottom of the pool , water has cleared up some, What if we vac the pool , Drain about half the water, refill ? *** is this pool safe to swim in ?

hopefully , there is another option , we have a well , and drought conditions..low water levels..cant afford to pay for water !

i put 4 192 oz jugs of bleach in our above ground pool 21'x 48" round , also i didnt check any readings , also did not algacide yet . what should i do next ? the temp here in sw ohio is 100 today ..btw
