Thank you for the reply. On the picture, I can not see to the bottom of the skimmer due to water clarity. There is a location that a hose with a standard connector fits at the bottom. I can get a picture tomorrow. But I do not think it will help.

I have an 1.5 inch pool hose. To use the hose I pull out my skimmer basket and then the hose connects way lower than the basket. My arm is just not long enough. I know that someone has a trick to help here. Now I just keep pushing the hose down and after many tries and tries it will take but...

My pool pump came on today and I noticed out of more than one jet in the pool, looks like a grey powder shooting out. I do have a DE filter so my guess is that. Do I have a hole in one of my grids? How do I proceed?

I found one of the sensors bad and ordered new. I noticed what looks like Teflon plumbers tape on the sensor that was removed. When reinstalling should I use Teflon tape and can I use what is sold for household plumbing? Thanks for the advise !!!

I have a jandy pool heater that is giving me a High limit before it tries to turn on the gas. I assume the first thing to do is to test the two high limit sensors on the heater? If so is there a proper procedure to follow? Please advise.
