Spa will not heat up when I use the Pentair App. When I hit "Spa" at the top it switches from "OFF" to "HEATER" which then flashes slowly. But the water will not heat up. If I reset everything I can get it to work once. Then when I switch off the Spa and wait a few hours, it will not heat, but...
