Hi, I have a 12,000 gallon + pool. 14'. x 28'. I have a dedicated vacuum line and a skimmer. To use the vacuum line for cleaning my pool, should I turn off the skimmer line or leave that open? Is it ok to turn off the skimmer line when using the vacuum line as well? Any advice? Thanks.

As far as I know, they are not spring loaded jets. You don't open or close them. They are always "open". However, I have never removed the jets and poked my fingers in there to probe or ran a snake through anything. That might be my next step. Maybe I'll run into something that is blocking it...
