    I have a plaster pool. I have only (blindly) put in 4 gallons of the chlorinating liquid 2 weeks ago. I ran the pump for about 10 hours when I added it. I have Pool Essentials Chlorinating Liquid and can add 1 gallon daily until I receive the kit.
