Thanks for responding. The bags were labeled "Spec Mix". It was the same material he was using to assemble and grout block walls. He just added a liquid bonder to the mix.

Pump will be at ground level + pad. Pool is at same grade ground level. From pump to water features is about 25'. Thanks!

James, this is what we are trying to accomplish. We saw this pool in action but at the time I didn't think to look at the plumbing set up and now no longer have access to the pool. I cropped the image greatly to not offend the owner in case he's on here.
