    One related question - does the RS-485 connection bypass the panel? As in if I get a separate controller will that drive the pump even if the panel is bad? Thank you!

    It doesn't look like there is a way to get into the drive kit (below the panel) to further look for bad stuff. Has anyone had luck with replacing the drive kit? Is there a way to differential diagnose between the panel and the drive kit? Maybe I just got shipped a bad panel? The original panel...

    Ugh - Was able to get a new panel overnighted, but just connected and did not work. No life. Are there further circuits/boards inside of these pumps? Guess I'll start opening it up more. @Jimrahbe - yes measure 240 between/across L1/L2 (with a multimeter) and not with L#+Gr .

    Similar threads found, but want to make sure I didn't miss an easier fix. My pump display went dead and the breaker was tripped. Reset the breaker and it energized the circuit. Can measure 240V across terminals (line1/2) at the timer box and at the pump (just inside as power comes in). I tried...
