Looks like the power from the transformer to the SWG breaker was loose and caused some arcing. Guessing that is what was causing the intermittent issues and fluctuating volatages.

Jim, No lph acid pump. Perhaps the culprit is the transformer then. I'll grab a different multimeter to double check the voltage going to the Pentair Load Center IntelliChlor SCG after work. I will also try to get readings with the chlorinator while generating chlorine and while not. Thanks! Jon

@Jimrahbe The replacement unit was received 2 months ago but not installed until recently as we've still had some chilly days. Unfortunately, I am still having intermittent power issues with it (all lights off until cycle all power). I have checked the power input to the Pentair Load Center...

Pentair is sending a replacement unit and it should be here by this weekend. Hopefully it will solve the problem. If not, I will look into the panel some more.

Yeah, I've definitely run into stock issues with many other online suppliers.

It appears the Pentair IntelliFlo3 VSF Variable Speed & Flow Pool Pump 011075 may be newer (and easier to source) than the Pentair IntelliFlo VSF (011056) though.

Under the drive assembly looks fine. I may see if I can source a used drive assembly before replacing the whole pump.

Looks like I might need a new terminal. Will take the drive assembly off and look under it to see how deep the burns go.
