Where is the swivel? I have the white cylindrical looking plastic piece close to my robot but I do not feel anything that twists.

I have laid/stretched it out a few times and let it feed off the deck but after 2 or 3 cysles it always ends up really twisted and kinked.

I purchased a Dolphin S300i to replace my pressure side cleaner and I am happy with it for the most part. The one real issue I have is the cable swivel does not seem to be working and the unit gets tied up in knots. Is there something I can do?

I had a similar issue. the manifold that supplied the water to the jets was split at the seams in mine. couldnt see with the naked eye, I had to run it outside the pool with the water on and cover off to find it. Epoxied it back together with marine grade stuff and it’s was as good as new.
