    Intellicenter MicroBrite Light Issue

I can get a picture Friday. The lights run into the IC box first in their own conduit then are spliced together with wire nuts and then go to the transformer as one set of wires.

    Intellicenter MicroBrite Light Issue

I agree he butchered it. I wanted to fire him half way through. Not clean at all. He spliced the two lights together and ran them as one from the transformer.

    Intellicenter MicroBrite Light Issue

I did try the sync feature with a Pentair Rep under the service page on the screen. Pentair thinks it might be the wiring. Electrician thinks it’s a bad light. The wires come into the IC in 2 seperate conduits. They are then wired together and ran as 1 to the external transformer. The...

    Intellicenter MicroBrite Light Issue

Finally got my Intellicenter up and running. Ran into a problem with the MicroBrite lights. When changing color the relay will click and 1 of the lights will click on and off with the relay and remain blue and the other light will turn off while the relay is clicking and then turn to the desired...

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

Well I passed OCLT last night perfectly. Zero loss and Zero CC. Also have not seen any dust on floor. Took six nights hitting it three times a day and sometimes four.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

Another Question. Hope this was not a problem. When I started SLAM the first time around 12 days ago my CYA was 70. We have had several rain events and I have had to let water out twice prior to last night. Around 2" each time. Then again last night around another 2". A total of 6". Decided to...

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

I must of Slammed improperly last time or had some false results. I am on day 6 today and still did not pass the OCLT last night. Went from 29.5 to 28 with Zero CC. Floor is clean of any dead algae dust finally. I think I will pass OCLT tonight. Pollen is officially falling here in Upstate SC...

Removed ladder and it is clean besides some rust looking residue, water looked clean pouring out of it as well and I removed the skimmer snap on covers and all clean there as well.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

I have not gotton into the water yet to check the main drains but I leave the valve set at 50/50 skimmers/drains so there should be plenty of circulation through them.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

This dust was collecting at the liner seams and divot spots through out the liner. I dont think I will be able to get another photo as now that I have gone back to SLAM level the dust has not reappered today so far.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

I agree at a loss. There was zero dust when I closed, held FC all winter and then almost immediately came back upon taking cover off. Of it was not for the fact that the dust went away while slamming I would say it was something with the filter.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

It went in when I opened and dust started with in days of opening. Also the skimmer faceplates have these snap on cosmetic covers that I was referring too. Wondering if algae could be behind the snap on covers. I don’t think it is filter related as it went away at SLAm level. Also I am getting...

3 returns, 2 skimmers, 2 drains, 2 MicroBrites. Brought back up to SLAM. Scrubbed all inside skimmers again and scrubbed entire pool floor, walls and vinyl covered steps. No auto fill and not only goes in to clean and is removed and washed every time. Also metal ladder was just put in after...

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

No signs of algea in the two skimmers or on the doors. My lights are MicroBrites so I can not remove them. No other water features or anything. Very simple pool.

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

So was 100% algae. Did a four night SLAM and passed OCLT perfectly 2 nights in a row and saw zero dust. Been letting FC drift back down. Was at 17 yesterday and 0 CC. Started to sea the slightest amount of dust on two of the seams. I am talking razor thin for about 2-3'. On the seam only...

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

Still holding FC and passing OCLT. Sometimes zero CC sometimes barely .5. Dust seems to be getting a little worse. Do not see any pollen on any of my furniture. Thinking I am going to SLAM. With passing OCLT and the FC only dropping around .5 a day with no additions how long should I hold a slam...

SLAM timeframe while passing OCLT & 0 CC?

Ok update. There was the dust when I got home but very light. There was some of it sitting in the throat of my skimmer and around the edge of the skimmer basket. It had a gritty feeling to it before puffy away. Could this be coming from my filter or does it seem environmental?

Passed OCLT last night with zero loss and had maybe .5 CC. It was super faint. Brushed the floor last night and so far as of now there is not any dust showing. Will check again around 5.

Filter lean and leaking pump fitting

Would not tighten by hand. Have not put a wrench on it yet. I was thinking it was leaking because of the stress from the lean.

Filter lean and leaking pump fitting

Got pool up and running and notice that the plastic pad had settled and the filter had a lean. The next day I noticed a leak at a fitting on the pump. It must be from the stress on the pipe from the filter leaning. Guess my options are a new better pad and a replumb?
