Hi knocked over my R-0013 cya reagent. Will take me at least a couple of weeks to replace as TF don’t ship direct to UK. What type of water is it? I have dei-ionised and that’s not right. Is it distilled? Thanks

Hi my chemicals are fine. The pool is slightly milky, it’s 18ft & when underwater I can’t see the other end clearly. You can’t tell from outside. Any ideas what’s going on with it?

Hi can I ask when you say stabiliser, do you mean stabilised chlorine? I can’t find “stabiliser” I’m in the Uk. my pool is above ground. my readings are below. I just wanted to check, that I’m supposed to add ph reducer? (Got a bottle left from last yr) And that’s all? many thanks H

Hi I've just used the pool math app and put in my readings for the new water in my pool. Does it calculate quantities of chemicals anywhere? I have an above ground Intex: 17,000 litres or 3700 gallons My readings were: FC 0 CYA 0 PH 8.2 CH 425 CSI 1 Water temp is 26C or 78F in UK...
