Thanks for the replies. It ended up being a GFI that had been tripped that I wasn't aware was connected to this panel.

That was my first guess too, unfortunately it wasn't the problem.

When I got home today I noticed the pool wasn't running so I went to the control panel and it was blank. I assumed a breaker had tripped but that wasn't the case. I went ahead and reset the breakers anyway and I still cannot seem to get my control panel to power up. Any ideas? It was working...
