This is our second season with the Dolphin E10i. I've had to replace the base unit twice and now it's stopped working again. I'm told it'll be MONTHS due to a backlog of service work, before we can have the parts to repair it. Not a happy camper.

We love the sheer descent, our pool is freeform, but flat on the back. Also a small waterfall from spillover on the spa. I don't like the rock waterfalls, they always look out of place to me. I discourage the use of the sheer descents, because of the pH, however.

TFTestkits has a 50 CYA sample you can buy to get oriented to what the dot should look like when you test. That's how I gained confidence in my CYA testing ability.

Your builder works for you. If you're unhappy with his work, it must be done again. He's insured the work (likely for a year, as in our case). If you've got a remaining pay out, with-hold it and sue if he refuses to complete the job. The law is squarely on your side here.

Yes it does. But there's no place for them to pop into. I believe there's push tabs that the installer is supposed to 'depress' as they mortar it in. But instead, I believe they filled them in with mortar.
