Hello folks! Thanks to this community I have managed to educate myself and save money, although I'm still learning. Question: does it make sense to balance the salt in my pool if I am going to close it down and not run my SWG for the winter? Thanks in advance for all your help/comments.

Contacted the manufacturer about the Safety Data Sheet, see attached. Looks like HCL content can vary anywhere between 10-30%.
