Okay I was finally able to take a better photo of the light. Did another full search of my yard as well and nothing that looks like the fiber box or anything. Are these for sure fiber lights?

Okay so this morning I took a pic of what you were talking about. In that green cylinder was telecom stuff. So I have no way to change these lights?

Since I first moved here the pools lights never worked (3 of them). heck even trying to find a switch or a box for them turned up nada. So I'm guessing they are dead but I have zero clue on how to remove these. There is no screw or anything.

I have 2 quotes from places to do a pool replaster in Houston, TX. Is there anything I should be asking for or looking for when I get these quotes? Is it okay for me to attach them to show what they offered?

Probably not a DIY for me, I bought the house recently in April. I wouldn't know how to change the capacitor. But to me it sounded like the motor was on it's last legs. It was pretty loud. I would like to not go close to 1k for this.

When I went to turn on the pump yesterday morning I heard a pop, saw smoke coming out the motor , then nothing. So now it looks like I'll be needing a new pump. I would like a VS but I have no clue on what would be good so any suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated! I have attached...
