Dear all, I have my spa since 1 year. Everything worked well so far. Today my HDF400 Hayward Heater for the first time doesn't turn on from Omnilogic. If I start the heater (either from my phone app or the controller in the wall) it says "Status - Heating" but it does not heat up. Screenshot...

Shoot it was rough and I had to hire a Hayward guy to do it. I suggest you to call Hayward and hire some one. They can also help on the phone. They emailed me a guide with the procedure but I didnt have the time to try it out and I hired a guy.

Water on heater pad hopefully was because it just rained. Ok so I just left it overnight in SPA mode (as defined by Jimrahbe, with water going through the heater). Water level in the spa dropped only 4-5 mm (see picture), which is much less than those 5 cm of drop I had when left it overnight...
