I use this style oil filter wrench on all my Jandy unions. Only to break them loose or slightly tighten if there is a drip after hand tight. The teeth fit neatly between the raised gripped areas of the union nuts and don't really scar it up like channel locks...

Did you try the contact form on their Australian website? It is huge red flag that the salt cell I purchased last week has a non working website and phone number printed on it. But as long as it lasts more than a year its still better than the a Jandy cell.

I am getting the same error codes on mine. The middle prong on where the cord connects to the cell on mine is corroded at the bottom and is a lot thinner there than the top. There's multiple websites that claim to have these in stock but prices vary and I don't know which ones to trust.
