Prior to upgrading and downgrading your intellicenter firmware, how did you resolve the issue? Simply cycling the Intellicenter? My rs485 is acting up again and I cant seem to get the pump connected by power cycling this time.

Did your issue resolve with the latest firmware on the pump? I’m having the same issue and have V3.04 on my pump.

Sorry for the lack of details, I’ll update it. That’s the spa drain in the picture, about an inch to the left is the crack, and yes the air bubbles are coming from the crack itself, not the drain area.

Hey all! Noticed a crack in our Pebble Sheen the other day, air bubbles will occasionally be seen coming from the area. This is in the attached spa of our 6 month old pool. Going to notify the PB today. How much concern should be paid to this?

Version 1.0 for me as well on the heater. Running 1.064 on the intellicenter. Wonder if they fixed this with the new heater firmware, or did they make everything worse like they did with the 2.006 Intellicenter firmware. LOL

I had my bypass actuator set to either no flow or full flow. To mitigate freezing I had the valve on my Intellicenter set to the Spa so it would cycle with the freeze protect. Im going to reset it this way for next winter. Certainly less chance of something going wrong!

And I just found the other thread where someone asked this exact question. Not sure why I couldn’t find it earlier! Yea thats what i resorted to doing, just leaving it on the intellicenter for now.

Im glad to hear that! That firmware is complete garbage, found so many other issues other than this spillway thing. Even with the pool mode being on, the spillway was still sketchy at best as far as functionality. I reverted my system back to 1.064 this afternoon.

Thanks for the replies! Not sure how I missed that other thread, but that was it! Pool mode has to be on for that to work.

Has anyone updated to 2.006 yet? I updated mine yesterday. Only thing I noticed is now the spillway functionality doesn't work anymore. I tried removing and reinstalling the feature to no avail. Emailed support about it now. Anyone else have any experiences with the new firmware yet?

Something I just discovered with these intellivalves is when the power flashes, the valve will reset and go back into auto mode. Be weary of that if you’ve got it set in service mode a certain way to protect during freezing conditions. Also had a brand new one start erroring out on me when...
