Ok. Also-When you mentioned about cleaning EVERYTHING ......I did remember something. I looked behind the ”flapper door”:of my skimmer basket and they styrofoam behind it had green algae on it. I just removed the whole door for now until I get another! Thanks!

Wilco. Vacuumed it, scrubbed the walls and cleaned the cartridge today so hopefully that helps too.

FC last night at 8:50pm was 19 FC this morn at 5:28am was 13 Looks like I gotta keep slamming and the chlorine is battling somethin, huh?

Haha-Yup....Im guessing so. The only thing I’ve added is Pool Essentials Chlorinating Liquid which says its calcium free and one tri-chlor puck on the floater. I guess our city water here has a lot of calcium.

Not sure about the copper...I just refilled the pool and been using liquid for now except for the one puck floating while I filled the pool. I do have cal-hypo shock bags, though. Thanks guys!

Also-I had previously purchased Clorox Xtra Blue pucks(think its a trichlo). Would this be ok to use in a floater as my chlorination?

Ok——So test results from TF-100 Testing at 6pm is 92 degrees out today and sunny after storms last night. CYA-45 ALK-90 Calc Hardness-525 PH-7.3 FC-1 CC-.5 TC-1.5 Overall looks just a tad cloudy looking towards deep end. I added about 1/2 gallon of liquid chlorine about about 8 am this morning...
