Ok. I did it again. Looks like where the Vit C dissolved the stains changed some. Turned sort of a grey-ish color. The tablets were pretty small so I did several in a more concentrated area.

I tried the vitamin C and it didn’t do anything. Water was tested and the guy said add 3 More cups of muriatic acid and take my chlorine floater out as well as lower the thing that turns the salt into chlorine because there is too much chlorine in the pool. Does that help at all? He said all...

Leslie’s tested it just because it’s handy, nearby. I guess I’ll ask them. Just not sure how knowledgeable they are when sometimes it’s a kid working the counter. I guess I was wanting a miracle fix To get rid of stains. Thanks!

We did have it tested and have corrected/balanced it. So now that is done, will the stains disappear or do I need to do something else? Water currently looks great and tests good. Thanks so much for your help.

While I get what you’re saying, the water appears to be and tests fine. I need to know about stain removal.

It’s a salt water pool. We are using whatever Leslie’s has told us to use, and had it checked yesterday and added some acid to bring down calcium (I think it was calcium). Other than that it was fine.

I will try this today. It rained yesterday so we weren’t in the water!
