New Build - Oceanside, CA - Tile Picking Time!

I would consider swapping out one of your shear descents for a rainfall version. Much nicer sound.

Design advice - Concealed skimmer lids

We have skimmer lids that are made out of our travertine with a hole drilled in it so it can be removed. Works and looks great

Anyone ever heard of ghost wire?

Is the framing hollow? Couldn't you use a fish tape and run wire through the frame?

    Sonance Garden Series Subwoofer Placement

You may want to lay out your speakers then hook everything up which won't take long, and then see what you think. I would just order a box of speaker wire off Amazon and use extra between each speaker so you can just move them around to see what sounds best. The overall length of our pool is...

    Atlanta Area New Build

I used my pressure side cleaner line as a water fill pipe. I tied it into my sprinkler system and made it a zone. Now I can run that zone for however long I want and don't have to worry about remembering to turn the hose off.

Results two years and two court dates later

I also don't think it's anything to worry about. The water level is going to be the same regardless. As far as your decking goes, on my skimmers there was a adjustable collar so the deck height is independent of the skimmer. Where in Ga do you live?

    New Pool - atlanta area

What type of decking did the builder quote? $22 a foot seems really high unless it's something really exotic. We just finished our deck with 24"x24" travertine and it was $17 per foot.

New Build- Tampa, FL- Social Area & In Pool Seating Options

I think the depth of the pool is something to really think about. I'm 6,4 and 3.5' deep water to me is not going to cut it! That's waist high water and not to fun. Your height does make a difference. Also are you thinking that's the water depth or just depth? PB's for some reason love to...

Get a hot tub - where to start is there a sticky for where to begin?

I bought a used Hot Springs and it was a great spa. I was told the avg monthly utilities cost is around $10. I would say that's probably about right. Definitely don't waste money on a cheap one.

Owner Build all Tile pool: Initial layout and plans

I would make sure you check the specific lights you plan on using. I just went through this a few weeks ago and most of the better quality/professional landscape lights are actually designed to run with AC power. Check Voltlighting.com for example. Another advantage of A/C is most can be dimmed.

New member pool planning in N. Atlanta - Construction Completed 7/2022

At our previous house we also had a HotSprings Grandee and now that we building a pool at our new house in Marietta our builder was shocked that we didn't want a spa. I told him one you have a real hot tub, a concrete bench isn't going to cut it! Nevermind having to wait 25 minutes for the water...

That's so frustrating! This is the main reason I'll pay more to get one locally from a place that can fix them in house.

    New Orleans: Cabana Wrapping Up

We just installed a multi blue color 1x2 glass tilt and ended up using white to make the tile pop more. Of you choices I would go with the lightest color like smoke gray. Once it gets wet it will look darker.

    New Pool, North Atlanta, GA

We looked into Pebbletec, Wetedge, and Stonescapes. We actually like Stonescapes because they seem to have more blue tone options for no upcharge and their mini felt the smoothest.

Does anyone in the Marietta Ga area have Stonescape Aqua White or Aqua Blue?

Hi everyone, we are in the middle of construction and have to decide on our plaster color. We like Stonescapes Aqua white and Aqua blue but would love to see them in person. We asked our PB and he reached out to the stonescapes rep but hasn't heard anything back yet. I know those guys are...

Greece in Georgia - Taking Bids

Small world.... We actually met with the same builder last year and he showed us your design. It was crazy because he came out twice and sent over the first proposal and then never called us back after leaving him multiple emails and messages. Insane! It sounds like we dodged that bullet!
