Introduction: long time pool owner, new member. Gunnite 20,000 gal pool & spa in NY, 25 years old recently replastered. Metal (Steel?) DE filter failed after 20 years, new fiberglass Pentair FNS+4800 gives no end of trouble gatting the clamp and o-ring right.
