Changed my mind!! Did upgrade a few things though ?

My pool bulb is bad and I am considering a color changing bulb. It is a 12v light. Any suggestions for bulbs? Pros and cons of color vs white?

@Texas Splash Ok, I have been in the Plumbing biz since I was old enough to help my dad, so bare with me. When I hear return, I think sucking (supply would be pressure “blowing”). You guys are referring to the jets blowing out in the pool as the return jets, correct? I guess looking at it...

Haven’t picked up a baster yet - but it hasn’t gotten any worse. Added 2 gallons of bleach this morning- chlorine still seems low. I added it to the skimmer, is that the correct way to add?

Silly question I suppose, but how would I go about getting a sample? Water is still 75degrees, but I will get in if that’s the only way.

We had a couple inches of rain since my last post- ph has increased back to 7.5. Is that from the rain? Also, using 6% bleach, where is a good start for daily dosage? Another issue I just noticed- looks like I’m getting some sand in the pool. Any suggestions on where to start looking...

Added 3 cups of bleach, waited 2 hrs, then added 64oz of Muriatic Acid. Been a little over a hour @Texas Splash

Also, what are the extra chemicals that were included in the test kit?
