As an update. Iv installed a new pentair rotor/spider gasket. Not leaking out of the waste pipe anymore. Pressure still high, no change ?

I put it out to the sewer. I attach a flexible 40mm vinyl/firehose to the waste pipe. It's approx 10m long? Interesting, I get pressure of about 80kpa when back washing too

I'm pretty sure when I backwash it sits about 70-80kpa. So again lower pressure than when filtering

I'm concerned as its sitting at 14.5-15psi as normal now when I know I saw the gauge sitting about 10psi when I moved in

It's a brand new gauge, both the old one and new gauge one zero when pump turns off. Gauge works Internal leak meaning rotor/spider gasket is busted?
