the reason my chlorine reading is lower than shock level is green to clean needs you to start at 2.5 ppm I have been around 19-15 for over a week if that is not sledgehammer enuff sorry but dang walmart has cut me off

Hey just my 2 cents, I have a navigator as well. And when the darn thing starts acting like that, it usually means that I have a clogged pump. Dont know for sure what it is called but looks like the propeller. Just dig the old leaves and gunk out and then the pressure goes from good to great...
