Dont normally use copper sulphate in pools because of staining etc but have a problem pool which is constantly getting algae build up on sides. How much copper sulphate should I use in a standard sized pool? thanks, R

Just shock it with 20lt of Chlorine! Your Chlorine level is far to low man. I look after over 50 pools and chlorine shock is the best treatment in this kind of situation.

Just started cleaning a new pool and there seems to be evidence of excessive use of Copper Sulphate with blue and purple staining around the pump area and purpleish colour around the water edge. Should I be worried? What can be done if anything about this staining? Im thinking the pool needs...

We look after about 50 pools and have a couple which have above water staining, that has turned the blue tiles sort of greyish, cant seem to remove using normal type products anyone have any idea?

What does everyone use? Ive been using an Astral vac head like this. Problem is that it doesnt have a brush/bristles on it just a flat rubber seal. Any ideas?

Yeah they look good. Was thinking neoprene myself as someone posted above, not sure how they work though cos they aint waterproof are they but actually traps a layer of water next to the skin to keep them warmer. thanks.

Hi, Just joined this site. Im currently living in Spain and working as a pool cleaner. Anyhow the days are getting colder and the pool water as well. Just wondering if people use gloves at all and if so what type? My hands were freezing this morning!
