Finally resurfaced my pool- was marcite, got the new age stuff diamond brite. Now learning, the algae is so dang hard to brush off the surface. Man, what a chore. With marcite, which was soooo smooth, it would sweep right off with little force. Is this typical, People? Thanks

People, Am thinking of resurfacing my pool, and old marcite. Whats the difference is diamond and pearl brite? Cost? Longevity? Appearance? having trouble finding on line representative colr samples (pools) of the pearlbrite, while diamond brite, no problem finding sample pools..... Thanks

Cuz I just dumped in 5 gal of 12%, and after circulating all night, pool is still green, but not as bad, but still, should 26.5ppm re enough to kill the algae? If not, I will dump in another...... All other parameters are good. Thnaks!
