    New GLX-PCB (non-Hayward) errors

Went to Leslie’s. Our cell tested bad, confirmed under warranty and replaced on the spot. Installed and working great. -3500 and 3700 reading and our K-1766 reading is 3600. Registered on line.

    New GLX-PCB (non-Hayward) errors

Thanks. Cell was cleaned so not an issue. I’ll go to my wholesale distributor here in Tempe when they open Monday. Not new to AZ but never used to AZ SRP costs. We’re on that plan you mention.

By the way, was there a quicker way for me to determine it was the cell? Thanks again.

    New GLX-PCB (non-Hayward) errors

OK, got the Hayward PCB and after resetting and waiting 48 hours the PCB salt reading is still around 1000 and the check salt light is on. No chlorine generation. K-1766 reading at 3800. Does this mean the TCELL 940 is the culprit? It’s clean and less than 3 years old. Serial 4E21342….

    New GLX-PCB (non-Hayward) errors

OK, out with the Chinese board and back to my original board. Same issue is that it is reading low salt and not maintaining chlorine. Is there a fix at board level for this? Is there a way to calibrate salt reading? We have reliable salt readings at about 4000. Thanks

    New GLX-PCB (non-Hayward) errors

My original Hayward board is G1-066012F-1 Rev A. 2012. Recently we’ve been having salt reading problems and since I replaced the thermistor a couple years ago I decided to just get a new board. I went cheap and bought off-brand PCB. Install was easy and quick. But upon startup I get error...
