Our creepy crawly is constantly clogged, not in the mesh bag but in the part that is touching the pool floor. Palo Verde needles and misc leaves seem to clog it up constantly.

I've been following the TFP guidelines for maintenance and our pool has remained clear and sparkling but I cannot get rid of algae growing at waterline where tiles meet eachother. Do I need to get dremmel out and scrub these with something?

Should bleach be stored indoors? I have kept it outside in an area that is always shaded (I’m in Tucson) but I’m reading that heat is what degrades the efficacy of bleach. Is there a way to store it indoors without the fumes being bothersome?
