Thanks for your reply! I attempted today and they didn’t work unfortunately. Found out the conduit behind the threaded opening is only about 1.25”. Does anyone know if the mod-lites would be compatible, also best place to find them for sale? Thanks all

For reference this was when the liner was being replaced a few years ago. You can sort of see the finer light with trim ring and screws.

Are you going with the dohenys brand filter for the $800? I am in a similar boat looking for a replacement filter and don’t want to pay the 1150 for Hayward when the Dohenys looks exactly the same.

Sorry, to be more clear it was a problem with the assembly, outer plastics and fittings. It was an older unit. The problem is not with the actual filter, I change that every year.
