    variable speed pump program

There really is nothing to skim as the pool is inside. I only need to run the pump for chlorine distribution/sanitization. I use other chemicals pretty infrequently given the set up.

    variable speed pump program

I've gone down a rabbit hole on this on TFP and the internet and want some advice. I just installed a FloPro with an iAqualink. I want to keep a clean pool and err with a bit more filtration than energy savings but still gain some electricity savings. There seem to be a million different...

Thanks! I’ve got to get to the math part now to sort out how much chlorine I need and when. 👍

Cya test was 50. I did it twice. Pool store said 98. I even tried a few strips and it was in the ideal range. I’ll check it again in a bit. Right now I’m not sure I’m gonna change anything. Free chlorine is down so I’ll watch that. Maybe a switch to liquid chlorine is all I need.

I heat the water with a natural gas heater. It was new when we moved in so we’ve left it. If I could do it from scratch I would do a heat Pump and maybe a supplement. I have Solar panels so we went with electric heat on our dehumidifier.

I could keep the fan running to keep it inflated but I don’t want that. I went with fabric because it will never rot and I can take it down and wash it whenever I want. It pressurizes down stream and then there is a boom. It’s pretty cool.

How do you chlorinate? Liquid? What usual test kit do you use? I’m still learning. Only had the pool since 2017 and it’s my first.

I’ll check that out. I do add water occasionally but have never drained it. The liner and heater were new in 2017 so it was drained then. That’s the last time. Now that you mention it. I’m wondering if the water coming out of the condensate drain will be clear or with it still have chlorine/cya...

Thanks. We tried to think of everything. It is not treated. I use 3” chlorine discs so it drips into the skimmer and go through them before returning to the pool. There is no debris of any kind or wind so it’s almost maintenance free. I robot vacuum one or two times a year and toss chlorine in...

I’m there is a condensate return just below the HVAC return louvre. It runs out of that and into the skimmer so there is not really any evaporation loss. thanks.

That is a Ductsox. They are out of Kentucky. It’s a fabric HVAC duct that has holes in it that wash the windows with air. There is a 3 ton dehumidifier in the mechanical room the supplies it. Then a vent in the wall that is the return. When the fan is in it pressurizes. When it’s not it deflates.
