Anyone faced this before? SWG is working and generating chlorine just fine. Green light on the IC20 says normal salt level also. But the screen logic app shows salt level is zero. Done salt level test and salt is ok.

Thanks, I will test the fill water (city water), and use bleach to get it started. So you are saying I can still add the salt even if the SWG is not working due to low temps.
