The winter cover I use is the non mesh type. I do not have the OTO reagent, but I did just pick up a strip test kit since it’s all I had available and will check it when I get home.

I am fighting this same issue right now, have had the FC over 40ppm for two weeks with the help of the SWG and it is still there. Exactly as you mentioned when you brush it it turns to dust.
