Can anyone tell me what this is. My pluming doesn't have any valves for the jets,skimmer,main drain. This PVC cap covers what looks like a valve of some sorts. This PVC " Thing " would line up with the skimmer and return jets (same side). Thanks, Bil

HELP, we installed a new spring in my Hayward Vari-Flo XL Valve SPO714T1. it deterioated and broke into 3 pieces in 3 months. Possible handle on backwards after install??????? The spring looks like its 100 years older than the one we replaced.
