To clarify, the contractor is one who found and hired the new builder. Seems he wants to get this done and me out of his hair. BTW- They are here on a Sunday working. This makes 4 days in a row! Very reassuring!

Appreciate the advice. Pool builders are very scarce where I live so I did not have much of a choice. Basically this guy was the only one that actually returned my call and gave me a quote. Seems I may have to start with the law enforcement call first and see where that leads. Very frustrating!

The design is not very detailed. The builders in my area are slim and only one with good reviews and references. He does thinks very simple so the designs are not very detailed in my opinion. I will see if I can scan them and upload. Thanks!

Good questions on the model numbers. No idea! Will have to get with the builder on this. Will also look into the variable speed pump as well. We have 2 lights going in the pool as well.
