    What is so bad about using the skimmer to vacuum?

    I have a manual vac and dont consider it a pain. I put the vaccum and hose in the water, connect the vac and it works great. Id like a robot one day, but for now, this get the job done.

    Hi I need to repair a piece of line, going to one of my jets, that is underneath my concrete. The plumbing repair is simple, the only thing Im sorta uncertain about is when I dig up the area, do I need to drain the pool or support the pool in any way? Im not sure if Im overthinking this lol...
