I dried out all the motor connections and was able to get the motor running. I think I am going to conformal coat the PCB and all the connections. It is interesting there is a MIL-D-3464 DESI PAK inside the unit. Looks like an afterthought to me.

I think it is made by Pentair. There is a pattern number PAT. 2701235 printed on one side and another number 8650-4 on the back. The door measures about 8 1/4" x 5". Where can I order a replacement? Any tips on replacing it? Thanks.

Bought a Water Tech Pool Blaster Max Li Pool & Spa Cleaner for picking up debris at the bottom of the pool. It works great. However, I am not sure what's the best way to take it out of water without letting all the debris falling back into the pool.

I shrouded a vacuum hose over the portion of the cord that stays on the surface. I didn't want to increase too much of the drag for the robot.

I find Termidor SC to be very effective. The "transfer effect" kills the entire colony.

keatz85 - According to this link How to Identify and Correct Air Leaks provided in your 1st post, it sounds like there is "a leak in the motor shaft seal" as shown in Step #7. Wouldn't you agree?
