    TA Test

I'm finishing up SLAMing my pool. I went to test my TA levels. I put in the right drops, the water instead of going green, was more of a blue green. Not the strong green it usually is. It wouldn't go red. Are my chemicals old? What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Hi So I did a good vacuum of our pool and let the water level drain down some and replaced the water. Being a newbie I waited to long after the pool guy came and waiting for my test kit to take care of the chlorine levels like is suggested on the site. Now the pool isn't quiet so clear and blue and is taking on a blue/green color. I think I may need to shock the pool. :(
