It took me almost an hour to find it myself. It is the link on the page below under STEP 2:UPDATE YOUR INTERFACE(S) 'Click Here". I also included the direct download link below that. ScreenLogic Update - Pool and Spa Software Downloads - Pentair...

ScreenLogic Showing 0 Salt but IC60 and Testing Show Good Levels

The wiring does not look right to me. i see multiple things connected to the line side and the only thing connected to line should be the circuit breaker. All pool features should be attached to the load side.

    Pentair Screenlogic Control Question

I just installed one today and all I had to do was click on remote instead of local and put Pentair: XX-XX-XX in the username field and put the password in that I chose when setting it up in local mode.

Does anyone know what happened to Purifiber? Website is gone and I cannot find the product anywhere.

    Cellulose Fiber Clear conversion

Wow that is cheap. I could get three individual 36oz bags which would give me three no mess recharges for only $40 or 25Lb bag which would give me 11 recharges for $62. I will try this once my Fiber Clear runs out. Thanks for advice.

    Cellulose Fiber Clear conversion

I totally agree with your point about DE. I am not a scientist and do not play one on TV. :) I tried to be careful in describing my rational for the switch. As far as DE being harmful I see no concrete evidence either way. For me it was a personal choice better to be safe then sorry...

    Cellulose Fiber Clear conversion

I know a lot of people ask about switching from DE to Cellulose so I thought I would share my experience. The main reason I wanted to switch was that I did not like the idea of having to use a mask and gloves with DE. I also have to discharge to my yard and I have pets. When I was using DE I...

    Still Losing Chlorine

SUCCESS!!!!!, You guys are amazing. I was really starting to lose faith but after 9 days and 31 gallons of bleach it worked. I have included a chart of what my results looked like for others to get a better sense of what a SLAM looks like. I am losing less than .5ppm overnight now with .0CC...

New to TFP first time SLAM feeling not knowing what I am doing

I ran out of reagent while performing my SLAM as well. In a pinch Raines Pool Service which is very close to you carries the full line of Taylor reagent refills. They are reasonably priced. I will not say anything good or bad about them just that they are a pool store as defined by this site.

New to TFP first time SLAM feeling not knowing what I am doing

Alright this is just too funny. Do you want to know why Walmart was out of stock? I live in Buckingham as well and bought them out on Tuesday. I bought 14 bottles because I am SLAMing as well. I did leave one bottle on the shelf. If you belong to Costco they have 8.3% Clorox. It is only a...

    Still Losing Chlorine

I have checked the lights and they had a good solid seal. I took them apart anyway and brushed real good. i did not see anything but did it anyway. My Polaris is a robot so it has no hose and I bleached the waste basket (cleaning bag) just to be safe. It looks like it just may be a matter of...

    Still Losing Chlorine

Quick Update Beginning day 4 of SLAM. I jacked up the FC to 25ppm again last night at 10pm and this morning at 6am it was down to 21ppm so I am still losing too much chlorine overnight. I will stay the course.

    Still Losing Chlorine

Thanks Jezza, I am not so good at POP. Good to know that 4-5 days is the norm. I was just watching the dollars fly out of my wallet again and not sure it was worth it. I will stay on course and keep to the recommended 16 ppm shock level for another few days. I will also remove the lights and...

    Still Losing Chlorine

drharris, I do not have an autofill but I did just replace about 75% of my water last week in order to get CYA down. I was over 120 and now I am at 40. It has rained lightly the last couple days as well. Not to mention Worm-A-Palooza. Just vacuumed a couple hundred worms out this morning...

spinPHD, I do not have any stairs, ladders, or railings. The steps are formed in the Shotcrete. I will triple brush around the lights. Thanks for the suggestion. Thank you, Gary

    Still Losing Chlorine

Thanks for the reply Gary, I always run my pump 24/7. I know it is overkill but at least for now better safe than sorry. I have been brushing twice a day and have a Polaris 9550 robot running 3-4 times a day as well. I changed filter media just before SLAM and pressure has not moved yet so that...

Hey guys I am new to the forums, After being pool stored for two years and spending close to a thousand dollars per year battling bi-weekly algae outbreaks I found this great site. I started using the BBB method a few weeks ago. All my numbers look good now accept for TA which I am working on...
