    I did the test both ways using the 25 and 10 ml with the appropriate multipliers. Basically the same results. I also used fresh reagents from Taylor.

    Thanks for your help Tim. I repeated the test several times with the same results. Long shot...I ordered a new comparitor from Taylor. Many miles on the one I’ve been using. Maybe it’s contaminated or something.

    When to slam

    Hi Guys Never had this happen before. CC has always been 0. Using 10% cl for 2 years at recommend amounts for years. Yesterday cc was .4. Pool water still sparkling. I added cL to shock level 14ppm. Tested today and cc still at .4. Should I just keep a high level of cl for a day or two and see...

    Best cleaner for small screened plaster pool in S. Florida

    I too live in s Florida with a screened enclosure over the pool. I have a Great White that does a fantastic job on my pebble finish. Pollen particles fall through the screening and make a mess sticking to sides and collecting on the bottom of the pool. The GW cleans it up nicely.
