When I launch my app I see the image attached. When I try on my PC I get the error “Communication to gateway failed” Any ideas on what I can do?

To add to this, If I use local on the APP it will login now, but I can't use remote or login via the PC.

I pressed the button 3 times, nothing noticeable happened. LED never blinked to lead me to believe anything reset.

I haven't replaced my router. all equipment is the same as it has been for the last year. the PA is pulling an IP address from my router.

I used my app last week and all was good and normal. Today it wont connect on my app I also tried the software on my PC wont connect either. I have rebooted the Wifi Router, the Interface link, and the main Pentair panel. The PC gives the the error "Can't Connect Address Invalid"

no problems with it currently, but with my other electronics i have always updated the firmware to the most current just from habit to stay current i guess.

I take it the firmware update is not worth it then?

I have downloaded and ran the installer. The Installer completes but my version still shows 2.160, I have to be missing a step or something. Anyone have any idea?

They did rebar for the shelf. our 2nd step was about 18" deep, we had the shelf put in at 12" deep. The raised the top step some because of this.
